Meet Our Attorney

Alyx C. Cassel opened The Law Office of Alyx C. Cassel in 2021. His primary responsibilities include the administration and efficient management of the firms operations. Originally from Tampa, Florida, he graduated from the University of Central Florida with a B.S. in Legal Studies in 2013. He then attended Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University - College of Law in Orlando and earned his Juris Doctorate.
 

Mr. Cassel previously worked for Ice Legal, P.A. under Thomas Ice where he focused on Foreclosure Defense, Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Consumer Bankruptcies. It was here that his primary focus on law shifted to bankruptcy filings. He is admitted into the Florida Middle District Bankruptcy Court, Florida Northern District Bankruptcy Court and Florida Southern District Bankruptcy Court; as such he has helped clients from Pensacola to Miami file their bankruptcy claims and stay in their homes.
 

Apart from his work, Mr. Cassel enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Krystal, and their son, Oliver, along with their two German Shepherds, Mufasa and Nymeria; that is when the Tampa Bay Buccaneers aren’t playing a game of course.
